All of our fabrication is done inline. By combining two or more lites of glass separated by either traditional spacers or a Warm Seal spacer, we are able to create an insulated unit.
Our dual sealed units utilize either our Warm Seal technology or a PIB primary seal, plus a silicone secondary seal. All insulating glass units fabricated are done to meet the ASTM E2190 Standard.
We can run commodity glass as well as oversized glass up to 130" x 240" The cornerstone of our fabrication process is our state-of-the-ar t equipment, which is expertly maintained and updated.
Laminated insulating glass is a combination of insulated glass with a laminated outboard. Typically, this application is applied where exterior is overhead or common hurricane zones where safety glazing is required.
Insulated laminated glass is a combination of insulated glass with a laminated inboard. The laminated inboard is typically used in locations to provide protection from man made threats such as bomb blasts and forcible entry or natural disasters such as hurricanes.
