We follow the general guidelines depending on the unit:

1/8" (3mm)- glass is valid up to 15 sq/ft

3/16" (4.7mm) glass is valid up to 30 sq/ft

1/4" (6mm) glass is valid up to 60-65 sq/ft 

3/8" (10mm) glass is valid up to over 65 sq/ft

1" IG (1/4" lites, 6mm) valid up to 99" x 99"

1 1/4" IG (3/8" lites, 10mm) valid up to 120" x 144"

1 1/2 IG (1/2", 12mm lites) valid up to 130" x 240" 

Tempered over Lamination: you must consider the lites in the lami to determine the size it can be produced. If you have a 7/16" lami (3/16", 4.7mm lites) this is valid only up to 30 sq/ft

Tints: Tints are manufactured in stock sheets of 130" x 204"

Low E: Pilkington Hardcoat- 130" x 204"

Soft Coat Low E's: 96" x 144"

Max Clear: 130" x 240"
